I love this! I came across this article about Jennifer Aniston’s preferred workout in InStyle. In case you can’t read it, “‘I do spinning for a half hour to 40 minutes. Then a half hour to 40 minutes of Yoga. It gives you great conditioning and toning overall.’ Aniston says.”
